Getting to Know the Women Honored in this Blog

Since you've stumbled upon this blog, you probably want a quick insight into the women you'll be reading about.

I go into greater depth on the pages dedicated to them, but here is a quick snippet of what to expect. Each of these women are incredibly talented and deserve as much support as any male voice actor in the gaming industry.

Now then, let us begin.

First, you'll learn about Ashley Johnson.

The adorable actress who plays an equally adorable (and quite a capable character on her own), Ellie from the Last of Us.

Next, you'll learn about Patricia Summersett.

Certified sweetheart who plays Hyrule's sweetheart, Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

We're not even close to being done yet, though!!

Melissa Hutchison may be a familiar name to those who were captivated by the heart-wrenching Telltale Games' The Walking Dead about six years ago. That's right, Hutchison is the voice of the little girl that stole all of our hearts, then later surprised us with her transformation in the next three seasons. "Sweet pea" Clementine has come a long way.

Following them is Ashly Burch. Her name should be quite the household name now if you've been gaming in the recent years.

I mainly talk about Chloe Price from Life is Strange, a character Burch has mentioned means a lot to her. And you know what? I completely understand why.

Last but certainly not least (and not really last because I have an honorable mentions page), Laura Bailey! An actual queen.

I kind of gush about her a ton, but here are the cuties she voices that I thought were wonderful women represented in gaming.

So, if you want to learn more about these fascinating women and their characters, I'd suggest clicking on those pages and getting yourself informed. Trust me, you won't regret it!
